Our Registration Process

Our Registration Process is secure, encrypted and 100% ONLINE! Here's an overview of the process:

  1. Step 1: Read the Parent Handbook & Submit the Parent Agreement
  2. Step 2: Submit payment information (CC or ACH).
  3. Final Step: Submit the Lesson Scheduling Sign-up Form.

NOTE: All  registration steps are required for all families.

SignRequest Instructions

When registering online, you will be directed to a SignRequest page. You DO NOT need a SignRequest account to sign and send any of our documents.
  1. Type your email address
  2. Type your mobile phone, beginning with +1 before your number.
  3. After reading the document, follow the blue arrow & complete each field.
  4. Press the “Finalize” button to finish and submit.
  5. SignRequest sends you & RockPrep a copy of the signed form.

Step 1

Read the Parent Handbook & Submit the Parent Agreement.

Our 2021-22 Parent Handbook contains the following:
    1. Our Mission & Commitments
    2. Lesson Pricing & Payment
    3. Scheduling, Attendance & Makeups
    4. Behavior & Discipline

Step 2

Submit payment information (CC or ACH).

Before lesson scheduling can begin, we require ONE of the following:
    1. eCheck (ACH) Authorization Form (no fee): click here to sign eCheck
    2. CC Authorization Form (3.4% convenience fee applies): click here to sign CC

Final Step

Submit the Lesson Scheduling Sign-up Form.

Once you've completed Step 1 & Step 2, we need to specifics about your lessons and/or classes.

Here are two key things to know before you fill it out:
    1. We need a separate Sign-up Lesson Scheduling Form for each child you're signing up.
    2. Every field on the Form is required.
