Pre-Registration Checklist

Following is a Checklist so you won't forget anything required for registration. Please READ ALL directions BEFORE logging in to your Parent Portal Account ;

1. Read the 2024-25 Parent Handbook
2. Update your Account & Student Information

    >>> SUPER IMPORTANT, please don’t skip this step! For lesson and class scheduling, it is VITAL that you update ALL fields.
    Login to your Parent Portal account (Click on your school below), then update ALL:

  • Left Menu (under Accounts) > Students
  • Click on EACH student’s name (if more than one)
  • Update ALL fields (from top to bottom)
  • Repeat for ALL other students
3. Add other students (if needed)
4. Accept our Waiver.
  • Top Menu > Info > Waivers > Check 'I Agree" > Click "Accept"

5. Register each Student for Lessons/Classes

  • Top/Left Menu > Register > Classes
  • Select your Location ( Dropdown > "Show: All Locations")
  • Select one Location > Grapevine Faith Christian School, Lake Country Christian School, Accommodated Learning Academy
6. Update Payment Information (update your ACH or CC).

  • Top Menu > Pay > Auto-Pay

IMPORTANT : to complete registration you are required to add your ACH or CC because you are authorizing the first month's payment (which will process as soon as you click "Finish Registration Now"). You can always add lessons and students later, but we want you to know up front that a payment will run upon completion of registration.
